The war on Chanukah did not begin this year.  It began long, long ago.  It has gone on right in front of us, but we didn’t connect the dots.     How has society dismissed this holiday of the Jewish people?  A holiday with Jewish heroes – the Maccabees – overcoming the massive Seleucid army to restore the Temple of the Jews.
